Portfolio disclaimer
What the independent examples show, and what they do not establish.
1. Purpose of the portfolio
The pages introduce Kristina Michelle Williams and the freelance focus of brand identity design. The responsible identity is KRISTINA MICHELLE WILLIAMS, at 22124 W Cantilever Ct, Buckeye, AZ 85326-5528, United States. They let a visitor examine original visual studies and prepare a first enquiry; they do not establish a completed engagement for that visitor. The accompanying Terms explain use of the website, and a real commission needs separate conditions. The portfolio should be read as a presentation of design choices, rather than a guarantee of capacity, approval or a particular commercial result.
2. Independent studies and fictional briefs
Serein, Common Ground, Interval are original independent concept studies. Their names, scenarios, examples and any sample figures belong to fictional briefs. They are not paying clients, verified businesses, published research or endorsements. The notes beside each study explain what the graphic is intended to show and the limits of the example. No employment history, award, qualification or measured campaign result is established by these concepts. Similar names outside the portfolio do not prove a relationship with a person or organisation shown here.
3. Specific limits of the visual examples
Serein illustrates a fictional daily-care identity, not a product formulation or safety assessment. Common Ground is an imagined café, not a real outlet or trading relationship. Interval is a conceptual arts programme, not an actual event listing. The studies explore recognition, typographic relationships and applications. A real brand needs its own name checks, approved content, usage rights and production review. Screen colour and an attractive mockup cannot certify printing, packaging compliance, trade mark availability or commercial success.
4. Rights and external requirements
The original concept assets demonstrate identity development, but public display does not give a visitor unrestricted commercial rights. External names, typefaces, photographs, supplied content or other licensed material in a future project may require permissions beyond the design work itself. A real engagement should identify those responsibilities before publication. The author of a layout cannot automatically provide legal approval, trade mark clearance or the specialist review needed for all possible applications. Such review should be assigned appropriately for the actual material and its intended audience.
5. Contact and access limitations
The project form prepares a local email draft. It does not confirm delivery, book an appointment or accept an order. An email application and network services operate separately from the page, and their availability is outside a portfolio preview’s control. Likewise, a page may render differently across browsers or output conditions. Report an issue with enough context to locate it, without transmitting passwords or unnecessary private records. Nothing here guarantees that every request can be accepted or that viewing an example creates a continuing service obligation.
6. Separate agreements and mandatory protections
This disclaimer is dated 2 November 2026. It should be read together with the Privacy policy, website Terms and Cancellations and refunds policy, each covering a different aspect of the portfolio. A specific identity development commission needs its own scope and responsibilities. Those actual terms and applicable law determine the position of the parties; this explanatory page does not remove rights that must remain available. Questions about an example or proposed use can be addressed to [email protected], identifying the relevant study or agreement.
