Cancellations and refunds
The distinction between an enquiry, an agreed project and a payment.
1. No transaction takes place here
This policy concerns enquiries about identity development with Kristina Michelle Williams, identified as KRISTINA MICHELLE WILLIAMS at 22124 W Cantilever Ct, Buckeye, AZ 85326-5528, United States. The portfolio has no shop, checkout or payment field. Preparing an email draft does not charge a fee, order a service or sell the concepts shown in the work pages. A symbol or a label visible here is not a product purchased through the portfolio. Consequently, there is no on-site order to reverse or automatic refund balance created by browsing. A real commission needs its own agreed commercial terms.
2. Before an engagement is agreed
An introductory conversation can establish whether the proposed identity development brief has a workable scope. You can decide not to proceed before accepting an actual proposal. A form preview alone does not reserve time or create an unpaid obligation for either party. If any preparatory task would carry a fee, that should be stated and agreed before it is undertaken. Do not assume that viewing a study or asking a question accepts a project price, because the website publishes none.
3. When paid work has been commissioned
The written arrangement should distinguish selected visual directions, final artwork and identity guidance, with clear fees, approvals and payment stages. Cancellation then needs to be assessed against that actual scope and the position of the work. This page does not invent a universal deduction, non-refundable deposit or fixed refund deadline. Work already requested and completed, rights already granted and applicable consumer protections may all be relevant. The contract and law governing the particular engagement take priority over assumptions drawn from a portfolio example.
4. Changing or stopping the brief
If you need to pause or cancel, identify the agreement and explain what should stop. For identity development, a change in brand name, agreed direction and intended applications can affect several deliverables at once. Discuss name selection, artwork exploration and application design already completed, the remaining tasks and any approved commitments. An initial request for cancellation is a request for review, not an automatic calculation performed by this website. Keep the conversation proportionate and avoid sending payment credentials or unrelated confidential files to explain it.
5. External costs and information for review
A project may involve separate participants or services such as trade mark review, production proofs and external font licences. Their contracts and charges are not automatically controlled or refundable by the freelancer. A review request should identify the project, the relevant agreement, the stage reached, the payment concerned if any, and the outcome requested. Use [email protected] for the conversation. Do not include a full card number, bank login or sensitive third-party record; the portfolio has no secure payment-document upload or account-recovery function.
6. Rights, decisions and this notice
Any agreed resolution should state what happens to remaining work, files, usage rights and payments for the actual identity development engagement. The website does not promise instant payment reversal, a particular response period or an outcome unsupported by the agreement. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain available. This policy is dated 2 November 2026 and describes the portfolio’s present no-checkout workflow. A later change to the page does not silently replace the cancellation provisions of an already agreed commission.
