How browsing, local enquiry drafts and separately sent correspondence are handled.
1. Who is responsible for this portfolio
This notice concerns the brand identity portfolio published by KRISTINA MICHELLE WILLIAMS, using the public name Kristina Michelle Williams. The identification address is 22124 W Cantilever Ct, Buckeye, AZ 85326-5528, United States. Questions about these pages or an enquiry conversation can be addressed to [email protected]. This public portfolio introduces design studies and a way to prepare a first message. It does not provide a customer account, a shop, payment processing or an online project management service. A later commission would need its own arrangements for handling project information.
2. Information you choose to enter
The enquiry page asks for a name, a reply email, a project interest and a short message. A company or project name is optional. A selected design area may arrive in the page address when you follow a related project link. The form does not ask for identity documents, card numbers, passwords or confidential brand files. Please keep an introductory message proportionate to its purpose: enough to understand the design question, without unrelated personal information or private records belonging to someone else.
3. The difference between a draft and a message
Preparing the form creates a readable draft inside the page. The script assembles the entered values into an email link, but it does not submit them to a website inbox or database. You decide whether to open your email application and whether to send the message from there. That separate application can hold draft or sent copies under your own settings. A preview on this site is not evidence that the designer has received a message or accepted a project.
4. Why enquiry information is used
If you separately send a message and it is received, its contents can be used to understand the identity design request, ask questions, discuss scope and keep the conversation connected. A message about a label, wordmark or visual guide may also describe an organisation or a planned application. Do not include information about identifiable customers or staff unless it is needed and you are entitled to share it. Later use of commissioned materials should be addressed in the project agreement rather than assumed from this initial form.
5. Browsing and the delivery infrastructure
Loading an illustration, font or page involves requests to the hosting and content delivery infrastructure. Those requests can include an IP address, browser and connection information, the resource requested and the time of the request. Cloudflare serves the site and may add security measures, traffic or performance analytics, email protection and network error reporting. These infrastructure features are separate from the draft form. This notice does not promise that every request is anonymous or that providers keep no technical records.
6. Local files and browser controls
The authored visual studies, fonts and interaction script are served from local site paths. There is no embedded social feed, third-party video player, upload widget or sign-in interface in the portfolio. The enquiry script does not set its own cookies or write to local or session storage. Your browser can nevertheless cache files, restore an open tab or remember form entries through autofill. Browser controls allow you to inspect or remove site data and manage saved form information; the portfolio does not replace those controls.
7. Email services and other recipients
When you open a draft, your email service and the software you choose become involved in handling it. If you send the message, ordinary mail systems and the recipient’s mail service may process it. Hosting and security providers also handle the technical requests needed to display the portfolio. No authored form mechanism sells or posts the entered fields to an advertising audience. A statement about this page cannot describe every record held by an independent provider; their own terms and notices govern their services.
8. Records, retention and deletion
A local page preview and an email conversation are different records. The website form does not create a separate enquiry database, while a sent email can remain in an inbox, a sent folder, a backup or a later project record. There is no single invented retention period promised for all those contexts. For a question about a particular conversation, identify the message and contact [email protected]. A deletion request may need to be considered alongside an ongoing engagement or an applicable record-keeping obligation.
9. Rights and practical security
Applicable data protection rules may provide rights to obtain information, access or correct data, request erasure, restrict or object to certain processing, or receive a portable copy where the relevant conditions apply. A complaint may also be made to the competent authority. Use the contact route with enough context to identify the enquiry, without attaching unnecessary identity documents. No internet channel offers an absolute security guarantee. Use an account and device you trust, and check the recipient before sending a brand brief or opening a reply.
10. Children, changes and later project files
These pages are directed toward people discussing design work, rather than children’s participation or account creation. Do not use the introductory form to share private information about a child. The revision date identifies this version of the notice; changes in the site’s actual features may require an updated description. A future engagement involving customer research, confidential strategy or files with personal information should define permissions and handling separately. Reading this portfolio does not silently authorise those additional uses or create a confidentiality agreement.
